Viticulture: 5.8 ha in total, dry-farmed and bush-trained

Soils: Limestone, Quartz and Sandy Loam

Altitude: 480-540 m.a.s.l.

Vine Age: 80-90 years

Vineyard planted in 1945, harvested together, including the white varieties present in the terroir. Blend of Tempranillo and Garnacha, with a small percentage of Viura. Crafted as a faithful expression of the vineyard. Spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts in small open tanks. Transferred to 2500-liter French and American oak foudres. Blended in clay vats and aged for 12-15 months in the cellar. 36 months in bottle underground.
