Viticulture: Three dry-farmed plots totaling 4.5 ha, goblet-trained, except for the Syrah, which is American rootstock

Soils: Limestone and Gypsiferous Marls

Altitude: 790 m. a.s.l.

Age of Vines: 40-80 years

Three types of wood are used to age this genuine wine. American oak for the Tempranillo, French oak for the Syrah, and Hungarian oak for the Graciano. The blending is done in clay amphorae to finish the blend. 12 months in wood and 60 months in bottle reveal this unique red wine. Wine at the speed of oil painting.
