Santa Ana parcel wine, 850 meters above sea level, surrounded by limestone, scrubland, rosemary, and thyme. Merlot planted in the 70s of the last century, when it was still an exotic variety in Madrid. Vinified as a whole and brought to the winery with the utmost respect and quality. Destemming and spontaneous fermentations reveal the maximum potential of the variety. Aged in French oak foudres for 18 months. 52 months in bottle in the silence of the winery shape this wine until it reaches the sublime essence of the variety.
