Soils: Limestone, Quartz and Sandy Marls

Altitude: 595 m. a.s.l.

Vine Age: 75 years

From the oldest Viura vineyards in Labastida, planted on terraces of calcareous and sandy soils. Influence of the Atlantic climate. Destemming in the winery and crushing of the grapes. A single fermentation in French oak barrels and aging of the wine for 11 months on its fine lees and mothers. Winery yeasts. Wine aging in the French style respecting the variety and the terroir.
